Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

Baby Alarm ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our application ("the App").

1. Information We Process

Baby Alarm is designed to keep your family's data on your device. We process the following information locally on your device:

This data is stored on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData/Core Data). It is not uploaded to our servers.

2. iCloud Synchronization

If you enable iCloud sync, your care records are stored in your personal iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings.

3. AI Analysis Report

When you generate an AI analysis report, a summarized, structured set of your care metrics is sent to our analysis service to produce a natural-language report. We do not send your full care history, photos, or other personal information. Reports are stored locally on your device.

4. Voice Control

If voice control is used, audio is processed on-device using Apple's speech recognition frameworks. No audio is uploaded to our servers.

5. Analytics & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs. The App may include links to third-party services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is a family-care tool. All baby data is entered and controlled by the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been provided, contact us and we will assist in removing it.

7. Data Security

Data stored on your device is protected by iOS security features. Transmission to iCloud and the AI analysis service uses encrypted connections.

8. Your Rights

You can export or delete all data at any time from within the App. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
